- Where do you plug it in? You do not have to
plug in the Prius..
- How fast can it go? The Prius goes
0-60 in 10 seconds the same as most 4 cylinder cars and SUVs.
It is surprisingly powerful uphill because of the high torque
electric motor.
- Is there any cargo storage inside? The
Prius can carry cargo better than most mid
sized cars. The back seats fold down allowing for even
more storage.
- How does the keyless ignition work: The
keyless remote is a transponder/proximity device that digitally
communicates with the Prius computer allowing the Prius to
function.
- What kind of gas mileage do you get? I'm
getting 52 mpg all around town in the summer and 45 mpg in the
winter with 63,000 miles on the Prius.
- Where is the hybrid battery? The
hybrid battery is out of view between the rear wheel wells. A
single 12 volt battery is in the rear of the car on the passenger
side.
- Do tall people
fit in the car? Six foot tall
adults fit easily and you sit up higher than most cars. There is
slightly less height from the rear seats.
